ANKARA - Ankara plans to suspend plans for the second Blue Stream pipeline project in reaction to Russias proposal to construct an oil pipeline which will by-pass Turkey.
Ankara is unhappy with Moscows plans, which will see a pipeline built between Burgaz-Dedeagac to ship Russian oil through Bulgaria and Greece to the Aegean Sea.
Russian now owned 51 percent of the Burgaz-Dedeagac pipeline, which resulted in Russian companies not getting involved in the Turkeys Samsun-Ceyhan pipeline.
