ANKARA - The Turkish parliament on Thursday approved draft legislation that paves the way to allow foreign doctors to work in Turkey.
Previous laws had mandated that it was a requirement that doctors working in Turkey had to be Turkish citizens.
Under the new draft legislation, this clause has been amended to read that it is a requirement that a doctor be a medical graduate to be allowed to work.
