Iraq-Turkey pipeline sabotaged again
The twin attacks were the first time in more than a month that the Kirkuk-Yamurtalik pipeline had been targeted.

Bombs in two separate locations, one 140 kilometres south of the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk and the other near a major refinery, cut exports from 450,000 barrels per day to 150,000, according to the director of Iraq’s Northern Oil Company, Adel al-Gazzaz.
Exports are continuing through a smaller alternative pipeline.
It was the first time in five weeks that the pipeline had been attacked by saboteurs. Previously, it had been targeted repeatedly, being put out of action for weeks at a time.
